Seasonal Photographers – School, Sports, Graduation, Race & Special Events
Candid Color Photography is currently seeking highly motivated, responsible, and talented individuals to join our team as School, Sports, Graduation, Race & Special Events Photographers. Our photographers offer parents and students great photographs that will be treasured for a lifetime. Primary Responsibilities
- Capture high quality photographs of students, graduates, and staff members
- Organize materials to ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available
- Work closely with staff to establish set-up area, flow, and effectively resolve any issues
- Maintain equipment in a safe manner according to company guidelines
- Accurately complete and return all required materials within assigned timelines
- Follow all company polices and represent Candid Color in a professional manner
- Use safe work habits, including proper lifting and safe driving
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
Job Requirements
- SMILING, high-energy, outgoing candidate who loves people and events
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with a team
- Willing to work a varied seasonal schedule
- Accessibility to reliable insured transportation
- Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with state law
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to learn to operate camera equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for short periods
Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer and Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact assisting both photographers and retail customers, ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our photo printing and processing services and software.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use our software and services effectively.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in our support system.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs to improve customer self-service options.
- Stay up to date with product updates and new features to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred.
- Photography experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and CRM software a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or educational certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Basic Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
